Key Responsibilities:

Managers oversee shifts weekly, ensuring that customers receive a quick, precise, and friendly experience with every visit. Some managers also supervise specific Departments. Responsibilities may include managing designated Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting objectives, assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes back to their teams and other managers.

The Guest Service Department Manager is responsible for ensuring that Crew and Managers provide an excellent customer experience, that promotional sales are executed effectively, that all service staff are trained in service protocols, and that the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.

The Kitchen Department Manager ensures that the restaurant consistently delivers high-quality food to customers promptly, that food safety standards are met, that food costs are managed, and that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new menu items.

The People Department Manager focuses on hiring qualified crew members, providing effective training, and scheduling staff to meet restaurant sales and profit objectives. This manager also ensures that Crew members start their journey positively and feel recognized and motivated throughout their employment.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. We seek enthusiastic team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a dynamic work environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a managerial position in our corporate-owned restaurants.
