Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Event Representative to join our team at Seminole Gaming. As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and executing marketing initiatives that drive engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service Ambassador: Provide personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Event Execution: Participate in the planning and execution of marketing events, including concerts, gift giveaways, and specialty events.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to drive guest enrollment and engagement.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, team members, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment.
  • Availability: Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on assigned schedule.
  • Event Participation: Must be able to work at least 3-5 events and/or 15 hours per month as a Marketing Event Representative.
  • Guest Service: Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining the tradition of superior service at Seminole Gaming.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve marketing goals and objectives.

Work Environment:

  • Casino Floor: Duties and responsibilities are typically performed on the casino floor in a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to work standing/walking for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation, and lift/move up to 40 pounds.

Native American Preference Policy:

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.

Employment Process:

Seminole Gaming's employment process requires candidates to obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to beginning employment.
