Job Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Event Representative, you will serve as a Guest Service Ambassador, playing a vital role in executing our marketing initiatives. This entry-level position requires flexibility, with schedules varying up to 32 hours per week based on marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as a Guest Service Ambassador during promotional events.
  • Welcoming and providing tailored service to VIP guests.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding all interactions with VIP guests.
  • Assisting in the execution of marketing events, including concerts, giveaways, and tournaments.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six months of customer service experience, preferably in a casino or hospitality setting.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Commitment to participate in at least 3-5 events or 15 hours per month.
  • Strong dedication to providing superior guest service.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Energetic, compassionate, and caring demeanor.

  • Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
  • Compliance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies.
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without accommodation.

Work Environment:

  • Responsibilities are primarily conducted on the casino floor in a dynamic, guest-oriented environment, often with high noise levels.
  • Must be prepared to stand and walk for long durations.
  • Frequent lifting and movement of up to 40 pounds is required.
