Job Title: Spa Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Desk Associate to join our team at Equinox. As a Spa Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and checking out members and guests, processing payments, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Upsell and promote spa services and products to members and guests, ensuring that they are aware of our offerings and benefits.
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure that all services are delivered to the highest standard and that members and guests have a positive experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
