Fonon Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Government Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the Government Channel
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Provide sales support and training to internal teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in the Government Channel
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and sales tools
  • Experience working with GSA and DLA procurement vehicles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior military service with honorable discharge
  • Experience working with DoD branch program offices
  • Experience working with Military Exchanges
