We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Agent to join our team. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers through various communication channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to effectively support customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
