Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our Family Therapy program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical supervision, program management, and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based programs that meet the needs of clients and families.
  • Provide clinical supervision to therapists and promote professional development.
  • Collaborate with intra-agency departments and programs on programmatic, fiscal, and human resources-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with the FFT model and quality of care.
  • Attend all required FFT and Clinical Service System training.

Requirements:

  • Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT) in a Behavioral Health or related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in youth and family-serving programs.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a clinical or operations supervisor.
