Job Title: Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at one of the leading healthcare providers in the Bay Area. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:
In this role, you will provide administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling correspondence
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely patient care
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
