Job Overview

Clinical Management Consultants is a reputable organization dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services in Alameda County. We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Previous experience as a Mental Health Provider is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • To assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic treatment to individuals experiencing mental health conditions and behavioral issues.
  • To develop and implement treatment plans, providing counseling and support to patients as needed.
  • To collaborate with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

Requirements:

  • A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psychologist (PsyD), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Mental Health Provider, preferably in a community health setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
