As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will engage your analytical skills and work alongside some of the most creative minds in the industry.


In this position, you will:
1. Spearhead initiatives aimed at reducing manufacturing costs, enhancing product yield, and improving quality through Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream methodologies.

2. Oversee local management of change projects, focusing on effective communication, risk assessment, and the execution of process and product modifications.

3. Facilitate the swift resolution of customer issues, ensuring timely responses and the implementation of corrective measures.

4. Conduct capability assessments for new opportunities to drive innovation.

5. Develop and maintain comprehensive product/process documentation, including specifications and testing methods.

6. Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.


Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays may be required to support continuous manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant science or engineering field (verified prior to employment).

- Experience in quality enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.

- Background in a manufacturing setting.

- Proficiency in statistical tools for problem-solving.
