Learning Experience Designer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a critical role in developing training programs that transform intelligence analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture customer training needs and advise on the right learning solution to help them accomplish their mission.
- Design performance support tools that put the learner at the center of the training experience.
- Prepare training material following the ADDIE model.
- Use technical skills, creativity, and experience to develop engaging, interactive learning experiences on screen or in a classroom.
- Recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning, to build a successful learning environment.
- Meet with SMEs throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback.
- Collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick Model and fine-tune training for maximum impact.
- Hone leadership skills by sharing expertise through leadership and mentoring.
- Identify new opportunities to build solutions to customer learning needs.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in training course development, instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities.
- Knowledge of instructional design, intelligence analysis tradecraft, and national security concepts.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree.
Clearance
