Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Job Summary:

SET SEG is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-level support for all IT products and services, escalating complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network-related problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve user experiences
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in our service request system
  • Develop and maintain self-help documentation to support customers

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or 2+ years of professional experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused character with a positive attitude
