Job Title: Marketing Director

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our brand marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances our brand image and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a fully integrated marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify key trends and opportunities that inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align on company and brand goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
