Job Summary

Our ideal candidate will oversee and execute all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. This role requires a creative and passionate individual who can design and execute a unique and efficient menu, while managing kitchen staff and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute menus that align with our restaurant's concept and vision.
  • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into our menu.
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen management team and restaurant owner to plan and execute seasonal menus and featured items.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef, Head Chef, or similar senior culinary role.
  • Exceptional culinary skills with a creative flair and a passion for innovation.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, including strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
