Executive Chef

Experienced Executive Chef that has worked in a made from scratch environment needed. Searching for someone that can operate in an upscale dining environment.
Executive Chef Benefits and Responsibilities:
· Generous base salary and bonus.

· Collaborate with Restaurant General Manager and other members of leadership to ensure a positive culture that supports high food standards and excellent guest service.
· Responsible for leading the culinary production and stewarding operations for an upscale restaurant.
· Hiring, training, menu planning, ordering, vendor relationships, inventory, menu development.
· Maintain cost controls and budgets.
Executive Chef Qualifications:
· Experience with modern made from scratch Cuisine.
· Must show proficiency in all cooking techniques and processes.
· 5 Years of Culinary Supervisory experience.
· Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience preferred.
· High School Diploma/ Prefer culinary degree (but not needed)
