Job Summary

The Sales Arborist role involves developing, growing, and supporting assigned sales territories. This requires spending time with clients and prospects to diagnose and monitor landscapes, estimate jobs, and provide estimates for work to be completed. As the trusted advisor for property owners, you will become an integral part of the health and safety of the environments you serve.

You will set up crews, validate work performance, and ensure jobs are completed to client satisfaction. Additionally, you will obtain referrals, network, and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow assigned sales territories
  • Work closely with field specialists to deliver work and provide expertise to new and existing customers
  • Diagnose and monitor landscapes to identify areas for improvement
  • Estimate jobs and provide estimates for work to be completed
  • Set up crews and validate work performance
  • Ensure jobs are completed to client satisfaction
  • Obtain referrals, network, and develop new business opportunities

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a lucrative base salary and uncapped commission earnings. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan with a company match.

Our team members also enjoy flexible time-off policies, company-sponsored vehicle programs, and competitive employee referral bonus programs.

In this role, you can expect to earn a minimum of $50,000 - $75,000 per year, with unlimited upside potential in commission earnings as you grow your territory.
