Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Circle of Life. This role will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute benefits administration, including benefit information sessions, enrollment, and reconciliation of benefits billing.
  • Assist with HRIS administration, including data and analytics reporting, and collaboration with payroll on system build and setup.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment while performing work.
  • Provide exceptional customer service regarding HR, benefit, and payroll inquiries.
  • Coordinate and manage personnel file compliance, including electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date job descriptions and personnel-related policies.
  • Coordinate and execute FMLA and Workers' Compensation administration and compliance.
  • Coordinate and administer termination process for offboarding.
  • Assist with administration of Employee Recognition and other HR projects.
  • Provide feedback and assist with improving processes, services, and forward direction of the HR department.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR support position or 5 years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, preferably with intermediate Excel level abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize a large workload and multitask effectively.
