Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Hartley Flats Luxury Apartment Homes in Denver, CO. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for managing the property and on-site staff in the absence of the Community Manager, touring and presenting the community to prospective residents, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of bank deposits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the property and on-site staff in the absence of the Community Manager
  • Tour and present the community to prospective residents
  • Manage the community's revenue and expenses to ensure budget and financial guidelines are met
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of bank deposits
  • Administer late and non-sufficient check charges
  • Maintain accurate resident records and post all rents, deposits, and fees
  • Issue appropriate notices, including late payments and evictions
  • Monitor local market trends and update property comparables
  • Report and follow up on service requests with the maintenance team
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of related multifamily property management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with property management software (Yardi) preferred
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Pay Range: $26.71 per hour

This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc.
