Position Summary

The Senior Portfolio Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing program management frameworks within government portfolios. This position entails the orchestration of program monitoring, reporting, and communication to bolster acquisition oversight and collaborative initiatives. Key responsibilities include facilitating the integration of capabilities, performing assessments, and championing operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish tracking methodologies for various programs and projects
  • Coordinate critical milestones and interdependencies
  • Prepare and present status review presentations
  • Facilitate the integration of capabilities into actionable strategies
  • Identify and advocate for essential operational cyberspace requirements
  • Collaborate with vendors and government stakeholders
  • Analyze funding needs and budgetary data
  • Conduct records management and knowledge management activities
  • Support initiatives in cyber capabilities portfolio management

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree is mandatory, accompanied by relevant experience
  • PMP or PGPM certification is essential
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management is required
  • Proven experience in complex cyberspace operations is necessary

Security Clearance Requirements

  • Possession of Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with CI polygraph is required
