  • Develop and implement annual financial objectives and plans to ensure attainment of financial goals.

  • Select, develop, retain, motivate, and evaluate quality staff to enhance employee morale and teamwork.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum seven years of varied management experience in the golf industry.
  • Ability to analyze a profit and loss statement and extrapolate information from it and related reports.
