- Safety and Compliance: Establish a safe, compliant working environment that meets all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- A professional license (LPC, LCSW, PsyD) in Virginia is required.
- At least 3 years in a direct management role and 5+ years in community-based mental health services (or equivalent).
- Supervisory experience in mental health field (3+ years preferred).
- Must not be sanctioned under Medicaid or Medicare.
- Compliance with RAHC credentialing and privileging requirements as per FTCA.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with hands-on practicum is required.
