Financial Operations Manager

Rockbridge Area Community Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and administering financial and accounting services, as well as maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative supervision to the Financial Technician and the Staff Accountant
- Oversight of cash receipts, payroll, accounts payable, purchasing and procurement, billing for transportation services, and internal financial reporting
- Work closely with the Director of Finance and Administration to ensure the smooth operation of financial and accounting services
- Exercise sound judgment, effectively supervise others, demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills, work both independently and as a team member, and maintain confidentiality
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, or a related field
- Three years' experience in a business office management position, with preference in a health care or government environment
- Experience in supervision of staff is required
