Position Overview: This role is based in a call center environment, focusing on supporting Consumer Direct Lending. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for consumers, guiding them through the loan origination process following their discussions with a licensed loan officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a customer success advocate within a call center setting.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls or texts from existing customers efficiently.
  • Conduct routine data entry and validation tasks.
  • Respond to routine inquiries via calls, emails, and chats from employees, consumers, and authorized third parties.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate processing and resolve issues.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
  • Exhibit behaviors that align with the organization's core values and culture.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in mortgage or financial services within a call center is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of relevant Federal, State, and Local mortgage regulations is beneficial.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on problem resolution.
  • Proficient in using computers and common software applications (e.g., Microsoft, Google).
