Business Development Specialist

LandrumHR is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our PEO Sales team in the Greater Sarasota, FL area.
A Professional Employer Organization (PEO) is a strategic partner that helps employers navigate human capital challenges. LandrumHR is a leader in providing comprehensive HR services, including staffing, payroll, benefits, risk management, and talent strategy.
We are looking for a self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the small to medium-sized business sector. If you have a consultative selling approach and a passion for building relationships, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients
