We are eager to expand our high-performing team by bringing in a motivated Business Management Associate who embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of our founder. This role will encompass comprehensive training in various facets of our operations to enhance sales performance and strengthen our team's capabilities. Starting with foundational sales and account management, the position will evolve into training and development responsibilities, ultimately transitioning into an office support management role within a year to 18 months. Additionally, the Business Management Associate will engage in our ongoing growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Management Associate:
- Master our clients' CRM systems to optimize sales profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify efficiencies in targeted areas.
- Engage with consumers to educate them on product offerings, promotional sales, and brand advantages.
