We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Therapy Specialist to become a vital part of our clinical team. In this role, you will conduct assessments and provide tailored therapeutic interventions to help children achieve their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Pediatric Therapy Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating clients to develop individualized treatment plans that enhance their daily living skills and overall functioning.
  • Implementing engaging therapeutic activities aimed at improving fine and gross motor skills, attention, and coordination.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Providing guidance and support to families in implementing home programs that reinforce therapeutic goals.
