Seeking a Highly Qualified Vitreoretinal Surgeon

Duke Eye Center in Durham, North Carolina is a top-ranked program seeking a highly qualified, full-time, Fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgeon with interest and/or experience in pediatric and adult retinal diseases to join our collegial vitreoretinal surgery and disease faculty in the Department of Ophthalmology at Duke School of Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in teaching of vitreoretinal fellows and ophthalmology residents
  • Participate in research activities
  • Contribute to the development of academic pediatric retina

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of an ACGME accredited ophthalmology residency training program
  • Certification by the American Board of Ophthalmology or board eligible
  • Completion of a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery and disease
