Opportunity Overview

Duke Health is seeking a board certified or board eligible orthopaedic surgeon fellowship trained in Pediatric Orthopaedics to join our team. This new faculty member will join colleagues practicing at several locations with a variety of clinical profiles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support for research activities - independently or in collaboration with faculty colleagues - is available throughout the broad range of the academic disciplines at Duke University.
  • Join a rich training environment at Duke, with participation by students, residents, and fellows.
  • Candidate provides orthopaedic emergency coverage in the Duke University Health System.
  • Faculty appointment with the Duke School of Medicine at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level.

Qualifications

  • Board certified or board eligible orthopaedic surgeon fellowship trained in Pediatric Orthopaedics.
  • A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
  • A commitment to excellent patient care, as well as teaching, scholarship, research, and leadership on local, national, and international levels.
