Faculty Position in Vitreoretinal Surgery at Duke Eye Center

Duke Eye Center in Durham, North Carolina is seeking a highly qualified, full-time, fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgeon to join the esteemed vitreoretinal surgery and disease faculty in the Department of Ophthalmology at Duke School of Medicine.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of an ACGME accredited ophthalmology residency training program and certification by the American Board of Ophthalmology or eligibility
  • Completion of a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery and disease

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in teaching of vitreoretinal fellows and ophthalmology residents
  • Participate in research activities
  • Contribute to the development of academic retina programs
