Eating Disorder Nurse Specialist

We are dedicated to providing exceptional, individualized care for individuals struggling with eating disorders.

As a Registered Nurse with Accanto Health, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that collaborates to provide the best evidence-based care for our clients.

Our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from various backgrounds who work together to provide holistic and compassionate nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide client care through assessment, monitoring, and intervention to address health concerns appropriately
  • Responsible for medication management, including education, adherence, administration, and monitoring for side effects
  • Assist and support medical and psychiatric providers with medical care coordination
  • Provide medical care coordination between patient, provider, staff, family, and outside care agencies as needed
  • Serve as a staff resource for client medical needs and information

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Accredited RN Program
  • Licensed as an RN in North Carolina or compact state
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to drive
  • Active BLS within 30 days of hire
