- Support operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in physical inventory checks and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock management.
- Inspect pallets and cases for accuracy in quantities, brands, and condition, following special instructions as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to warehouse security and safety.
- Engage in training programs and apply learned skills in daily operations.
- Be flexible to take on additional forklift-related responsibilities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to operate a forklift and meet physical demands, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Experience in a large logistics or distribution center is preferred.
- Familiarity with RF systems in a logistics setting.
- Basic math and reading skills for task execution and paperwork completion.
- Ability to follow both oral and written instructions effectively.
