Key Responsibilities:- Operate forklifts and other powered equipment to load, unload, pick, and stage products and materials.
- Adhere to detailed work instructions and best practices to complete daily tasks accurately and safely.
- Support operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Inspect pallets and cases for accuracy in quantities, brands, and condition, following any special instructions provided.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to warehouse security and safety.
- Participate in training programs and apply learned skills in daily operations.
- Be flexible in performing additional forklift-related tasks as needed.
- Complete other assigned duties as required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proficient in operating forklifts and capable of meeting physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Experience in a large logistics or distribution center is preferred.
- Familiarity with RF systems in a logistics context.
- Basic math and reading skills necessary for job tasks and documentation.
- Ability to follow both oral and written instructions effectively.
