Position Overview:

The Policy Analyst will serve as a pivotal resource, offering specialized knowledge, strategic guidance, and collaborative support to clients regarding commercial GEOINT data and services. This role involves facilitating the integration of new data sets across both classified and unclassified environments, ensuring that quality assurance is embedded throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement commercial GEOINT products and services, overseeing their lifecycle management.
  • Conduct validation and verification processes to ensure compliance with established requirements through rigorous testing and measurement activities.
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives and provide secretariat support to various working groups and councils.
  • Prepare comprehensive briefs and documentation, collaborating closely with senior leadership to align on strategic objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Commercial GEOINT, with a focus on policy adherence and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in team collaboration, sharing expertise, and contributing to collective objectives.
  • Expertise in strategic planning and policy formulation, providing high-level advisory support.
  • In-depth knowledge in areas such as engineering, technology, policy, administration, planning, analysis, and management.
  • Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to undergo a polygraph examination.
  • A Bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of 10 years of relevant policy experience, or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Compensation Structure:

Compensation at Booz Allen is influenced by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000 annually, reflecting the typical range for this role.
