Job Summary

As an Armored Driver Guard with Disability Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and secure transportation of cash and valuables. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Drive armored vehicles on designated routes, servicing customer locations and ensuring the secure delivery of cash and valuables.
  • Cash Handling: Count and record cash and valuables, and ensure accurate and secure storage and transportation.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the transportation and cash handling process.
Requirements
  • Age: At least 21 years of age.
  • Driving Record: At least a 3-year driving record with no major infractions.
  • Medical Certification: Ability to obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate via a US Department of Transportation-approved medical examiner.
  • Firearms Permit: Valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms requirements.
Working Conditions
  • Schedule: Full-time schedule with an average of 50 hours per week, with a minimum of 5 days per week.
  • Work Environment: Approximately 90-95% of work performed in a vehicle within individual compartments (front and rear).
