Position Overview:
As a mobile x-ray technologist, you will travel to various healthcare facilities, including nursing homes and rehabilitation centers, using a company-provided vehicle to perform your duties.
Key Requirements:
ARRT X-ray License is mandatory.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic x-ray examinations at assigned locations.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures by clearly explaining the process and ensuring proper positioning.
- Utilize and maintain imaging equipment to guarantee high-quality and precise images.
Essential Skills:
- Expertise in operating x-ray machinery.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology for accurate patient positioning.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively explain procedures to patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Familiarity with medical imaging standards and practices to ensure optimal image acquisition.
