Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist Lead to join our team at the City and County of San Francisco. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for leading a team of radiologic technologists and ensuring the highest quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of radiologic technologists and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental performance.
Requirements
  • Four (4) years of experience working as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Possession of a current license issued by the State of California as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT).
  • Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • ARRT certification in at least one advanced modality.
  • Possession of a valid permit in Fluoroscopy equipment issued by California Department of Health Services, Radiologic Health Branch.
  • Certification in Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) issued by the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of additional experience as a Radiologic Technologist can substitute for the required advanced modality.
