We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will oversee marketing strategies and programs while identifying opportunities for improvement to boost brand visibility.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday, Friday).
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Compensation: $40-45 per hour
Contract Duration: Minimum of 3 months (with potential for extension or conversion)
Key Responsibilities- Design, strategize, and implement paid social media campaigns to drive client subscription growth.
- Oversee the setup of campaigns and perform thorough quality assurance on paid social media purchases across multiple platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring alignment with established KPIs.
- Provide insights on audience engagement, creative effectiveness, and other optimization strategies for performance channels.
- Execute in-platform adjustments based on campaign results and areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve challenges swiftly and proactively.
- Manage budget tracking and financial reconciliations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key platform partners.
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in paid social media platforms (Meta experience is essential; familiarity with Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snap is advantageous).
- Experience in an agency setting managing substantial accounts is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing biddable channels to achieve ambitious business objectives.
- Experience in subscription-based businesses and the entertainment sector is a plus.
