Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and professional Call Center Collections / Customer Service Representative to join our team at iQor. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' customers via phone, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, and striving to create a positive experience for each caller.

Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries, addressing all concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics, delivering excellent and consistent customer service while striving for first call resolution.
  • Communicate and follow instructions for one call customer resolution, delivering amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
  • At least 3 or more years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Dispute Resolutions, or a related field.
  • Strong Customer Service experience and Call Center experience required.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLookups, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Strong Internet research skills with excellent PC literacy and G-Suite/Workspace proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
