Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Cashier / Food Runner. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling transactions
  • Operate a touch screen register and accurately process transactions
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, including cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, tables, chairs, counters, and equipment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and balancing the register
Requirements
  • Availability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move and lift boxes
  • Positive and energetic personality, with strong communication skills and a customer service orientation
