Este rol requiere competencia en el uso de software como Accubid y LiveCount, así como la capacidad para gestionar proyectos complejos desde la preparación de ofertas hasta la propuesta final.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Estimación y Licitación:
  • Elaborar estimaciones de costos eléctricas precisas y detalladas para proyectos comerciales, incluyendo nuevas construcciones, mejoras de inquilinos y renovaciones.
  • Analizar planos de proyectos, especificaciones y el alcance del trabajo para desarrollar estimaciones integrales.
  • Utilizar el software Accubid y LiveCount para realizar análisis de cantidades, análisis de costos y preparación de ofertas.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con subcontratistas y proveedores para obtener precios competitivos y asegurar la precisión.
  • Apoyo al Proyecto:
  • Colaborar con gerentes de proyectos, ingenieros y clientes para revisar los requisitos del proyecto y proporcionar soluciones de ingeniería de valor.
  • Revisar e interpretar planos de proyectos, especificaciones y adendas para asegurar el cumplimiento y la precisión en las estimaciones.
  • Preparar y presentar estimaciones de costos detalladas y propuestas de licitación a clientes y partes interesadas internas.
  • Control y Análisis de Costos:
  • Monitorear y gestionar los costos del proyecto durante la fase de construcción, identificando posibles ahorros y mitigando riesgos.
  • Analizar datos históricos y tendencias de la industria para proporcionar pronósticos de costos precisos y recomendaciones de presupuesto.
  • Documentación e Informes:
  • Mantener una documentación exhaustiva de estimaciones, propuestas de licitación y correspondencia del proyecto.
  • Preparar y presentar informes sobre el estado de las estimaciones, presupuestos de proyectos y análisis de costos a la alta dirección y clientes.
  • Liderazgo de Equipo y Mentoría:
  • Mentorar y apoyar a estimadores junior y miembros del equipo, brindando orientación y experiencia en prácticas de estimación eléctrica.
  • Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y positivo, promoviendo las mejores prácticas y la mejora continua.

Calificaciones:

  • Experiencia:
  • Mínimo de 8 años de experiencia como estimador eléctrico con enfoque en proyectos comerciales.
  • Experiencia comprobada con el software Accubid y LiveCount.
  • Educación:
  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Gestión de Construcción o un campo relacionado preferido.
  • Habilidades:
  • Amplio conocimiento de sistemas eléctricos, procesos de construcción comercial y técnicas de estimación.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas con atención al detalle.
  • Dominio del paquete de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) y software de estimación.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de trabajar eficazmente con clientes, subcontratistas y miembros del equipo.
