Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Coordinate daily front and back of the house restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, customer service, and restaurant maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction by responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, and ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
  • Staff Management: Organize and supervise shifts, appraise staff performance, and provide feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products, and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses, and identify measures to cut waste and improve profitability.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and events, and train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
  • Restaurant Maintenance: Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations, and ensure that all restaurant equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Manager in the restaurant/hospitality industry, with a strong background in customer service, staff management, and financial management.
  • Education: BS degree in Business Administration, hospitality, management, or culinary schooling is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, motivational, and people skills, with the ability to motivate staff in a positive and creative manner.
  • Financial Management: Acute financial management skills, with the ability to estimate future needs and identify measures to cut waste and improve profitability.
