Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Control Specialist to join our team at TeamSoft. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the implementation and execution of all project controls related work on strategic Information Technology (IT) projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with and support the Project Management and department teams on all items related to the execution of the project and/or program.
  • Prepare and maintain a detailed project estimate and ongoing forecast.
  • Monitor and provide early identification and communication of cost performance related to approved amounts from internal and external entities.
  • Perform routine project cost duties such as invoice review and approval, ad-hoc reporting, etc.

Requirements

  • 15+ years' of experience as a Project Manager / Project Controls Specialist for large IT/Software projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project software.
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience using Jira.
  • Demonstrated experience performing projects under rigorous commercial contracts.
