As an Instrumentation and Controls Project Engineer in our Madison office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions and create a better, greener future for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and individuals at all levels within an organization to communicate effectively and deliver results.
  • Apply expertise in consulting engineering in utility plant design, industrial networks, and communication protocols to drive project success.
  • Travel for client meetings, field surveys, commissioning, and startup support to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues to foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • BSME or BSEE (or other engineering discipline with applicable experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in the consulting engineering industry
  • Professional Engineering License (PE) in one or more states
  • Detailed, hands-on knowledge of PLC or DCS control systems
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
