Job Title: Real Estate Outside Sales Professional

A successful Real Estate Outside Sales Professional at Semonin Realtors is responsible for managing all aspects of a home purchase and sale. This includes helping clients price their property well and making it marketable, networking with other real estate professionals to increase awareness of properties and close transactions, and researching the real estate market to understand trends in home values.

The ideal candidate will be an innovative and creative thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to build quality relationships with clients. As an Outside Sales Professional, you will come up with creative ideas to make your clients' home stand out amongst other homes, ensuring a prompt and favorable sale.

Real Estate Professionals earn money for each transaction they complete, with the potential to earn $50,000 - $100,000 per year or more after a few years of disciplined work. The more work you put into establishing a client base, the more money you will earn.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain a real estate license before officially being hired. To earn a real estate license, you will need to complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the real estate licensing process.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Help clients price their property well and make it marketable.
  • Network with other real estate professionals to increase awareness of properties and close transactions.
  • Research the real estate market and understand trends in home values.
  • Consult with clients and answer their questions and concerns before, during, and after a real estate transaction.
  • Mediate communications and negotiations between the home seller and purchaser.
  • Actively devise marketing strategies to ensure a prompt home sale.
