Role Responsibilities:

Network Engagement:

  • Establish profound connections with designated network members, consistently engaging with their internal and external resources, analyzing their landscape and assessments to focus on historical, current, and future requirements necessary for system transformation and improved outcomes.
  • Stay informed about the status and progress of both individual and collective network members, tracking trends at both the individual and network levels.
  • Conduct regular virtual meetings with network members, with potential for essential travel for site visits as aligned with network strategies.
  • Provide concierge-level guidance and connections to relevant internal resources, tools, offerings, training, and technical assistance for network members.
  • Facilitate connections among network members to promote peer and mentor relationships and shared learning.
  • Address network members' inquiries and requests with a focus on customer service and enhancing their experience, involving relevant team members as needed.
  • Coordinate with StriveTogether's training and technical assistance programs to facilitate connections to relevant training that supports network members' progress.
  • Gather, maintain, synthesize, and disseminate data and insights on network members, including but not limited to input in Salesforce and participation in team meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with Network Advisors and the Senior Director of Network Impact to support the development of relevant programmatic supports.

Learning and Best Practices:

  • Identify and systematically document learning, success stories, and emerging best practices from network members related to shared community objectives, data-informed decision-making, collaborative actions, partnership sustainability, and outcome enhancements.
  • Synthesize and share this knowledge among network members and internally in actionable formats.
  • Organize and upload all created content into designated sharing platforms.
  • Facilitate learning exchanges and best practice sharing among network members through informal connections or structured events.

General Network Support:

  • Assist with general network needs, including convenings and standard network offerings.
  • Participate in organizational meetings, retreats, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic planning throughout the year.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in social services, education, or public sectors with a strong commitment to racial equity.
  • Three to five years of experience in community engagement, including client services.
  • Exceptional relational and interpersonal skills; ability to cultivate and sustain supportive relationships.
  • Ability to synthesize broad and specific data points, identifying key themes and actionable insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in conveying complex topics to diverse audiences.
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft PowerPoint is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and independent, with a proven ability to take initiative.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with experience in prioritizing work in response to evolving needs.
  • Commitment to learning and applying the Results Count™ framework.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
