Home Health Pediatric Clinician

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at KidsCare Therapy, a therapist-owned and operated home health company.
As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families by providing personalized speech and language therapy in a home-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients to identify areas of need and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to measure progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure as an SLP.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- CPR certification.
- Prior experience working with pediatrics and home health a plus.
