About the Role

ColumbiaCare Services is a non-profit organization that specializes in providing behavioral health and Veteran's services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Residential Mental Health Clinician to join our team.

This role will involve providing on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon. As a Residential Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing clinical oversight to individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting.

You will work closely with our team of professionals to provide training and clinical supervision to our Residential Associates, who provide 24-hour residential support services to residents. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment plans for residents
  • Conduct regular check-ins and progress updates with residents
  • Collaborate with Residential Associates to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
  • Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
