KidsCare Therapy is a therapist-owned and operated home health company dedicated to providing top-notch pediatric speech therapy services. We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, paid time off, 401K, professional development funds, and tuition reimbursement.

Job Description:

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with various speech and language disorders in a home health setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and research.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure as an SLP.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • CPR certification.
  • Prior experience working with pediatrics and home health a plus.
