About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our outpatient services team, you will provide direct therapy services to children and families, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of trauma-informed care and be able to work effectively with diverse populations. A minimum of 25-30 clients will be supported on their caseload, with opportunities for growth and development within the organization.

Salary: $62,640 (starting salary) + additional productivity bonus program available up to $17,820 annually

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
  • Eligible for certification in the State of Oregon as a licensed professional counselor, clinical social worker, psychologist, or marriage & family therapist
  • Previous work experience with children and/or adolescents
  • Experienced at the QMHA or QMHP level (including internship and practicum experience) in an outpatient mental health treatment facility, hospital, residential, or day treatment setting
