About the Role

Grand Canyon Education, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the East Bay, CA territory and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute event/activity plans to build awareness of our online academic programs and drive inquiry generation.
  • Build and maintain high-impact partnerships with key stakeholders in the territory.
  • Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families, and partners to promote Grand Canyon University student success and institutional growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritize competing priorities.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed, with a passion for education and customer service.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to demonstrate empathy in coaching and partner relationships.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexible schedule.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
